EffiCare Service

The service concept of  EffiCare™ ensures a steady and effective operation, minimizes the downtime and extends the lifespan of your storage and retrieval system.   

The service concept of EffiCare™ provides you with the choice between a Basic, Extended or All-inclusive service agreement. Your expectations in regards to price, flexibility and response time, along with your need for security and guaranteed availability, determines which service agreement is most suitable for your needs.

Service agreements provides 24 months of guarantee

A common denominator for the service agreements are that they increase the period of guarantee on your commissioning system from 12 to 24 months and that the service will be implemented on-site by the most experienced service technicians in the business, with a specialized knowledge within storage and retrieval systems and production environments.

A reserve stock of our own ensures a short amount of response time

We have our own reserve stock at EffiMat Storage Technology A/S in Denmark and at our worldwide partner network. This means, that our professional service technicians can help you out extremely fast and efficient if your luck runs out.

If you want a steady operation, EffiMat Storage Technology A/S can survey your storage and retrieval system and perform pre-emptive maintenance with a 24 hour remote access on both software and PLC-level. It minimizes the downtime and prolongs the lifespan of the storage and retrieval systems.

All-inclusive service agreement

An all-inclusive service agreement is the right choice for companies that uses commissioning system for many hours every day and wants security and a total overview over the economy.

All services, repairs and the attrition- and spare parts are  included in the price in an All-inclusive service agreement. You will also be provided with a prioritized telephone support outside normal working hours and a response time of only 4 hours in case of a breakdown in the storage and retrieval systems.

All-inclusive service agreement provides security and economic transparency

We undertake the full operational responsibility for your commissioning systems with an All-inclusive service agreement. EffiMat Storage Technology A/S covers all expenses of both planned and unforeseen service inspections, just as all spare parts are included in the repairs.

The above mentioned means, that with an all-inclusive service agreement, you will know all of your service expenses for the entire period of the contract. This creates transparency and minimizes the risks connected with the operation of the commissioning systems.

Service agreement guarantees availability

If it is crucial to your service agreement that the commissioning system has the maximal amount of availability, we guarantee that with the All-inclusive service agreement, your company will be able to operate at least 98,5% of the time. The service inspections will be scheduled in a way that interferes with your work and production as little as possible.

Extended service agreement

An Extended service agreement is the right choice for companies who wants a flexible agreement, where a fixed price is payed for both planned and unforeseen service- and maintenance assignments.  

The Extended service agreement provides you with fixed prices on all service- and maintenance assignments. You will also be provided with prioritized telephone support within normal working hours, a response time of 4 hours on workdays and a good discount agreement on all of the stock parts for your storage and retrieval systems.

Extended service agreement eliminates unforeseen bills

You will be provided with a larger economic safety with the Extended service agreement. A fixed priced agreement on both planned and unforeseen service- and maintenance assignments means, that you will not receive unforeseen bills.

The Extended service agreement will provide you with a minimum of two yearly service checks of your storage and retrieval system. The working hours are included in your agreement, while you get a discount and transparent price on all spare parts.

Service agreement minimizes downtime

Functionality tests, control of management and automatics, cleaning and lubrication of the opening, and control of nameplates are important elements if you want to secure a steady operation and therefore important elements in your service agreement. Along with the compulsory service inspections are tests and controls planned in a way which interferes with your work and production as little as possible.

An Extended service agreement provides you with:

Basic service agreement

A basic service agreement is the right choice for companies who wants their commissioning systems to be serviced and maintained after the compulsory quality – and safety standards.  

A basic service agreement implements the compulsory tests, services and controls of your storage and retrieval system. We will test, lubricate and adjust all vital and movable parts and document it all in your service report.

Basic service agreement at a low, fixed price

You pay a fixed, low price for service- and maintenance assignments with a Basic service agreement. You will have access to telephone support within normal working hours and a response time within 8 hours on working days.

Your Basic service agreement includes minimum one yearly service check of your commissioning systems. The working hours are included in your agreement, while you can purchase spare parts at competitive prices. If your storage and retrieval system has an extreme level of activity, for instance in relations to two shifts, you will be able to buy extra service and maintenance of your system.

Basic service agreement increases the guarantee from 12 to 24 months

When choosing a Basic service agreement, you automatically prolong the period of guarantee from 12 to 24 months,  which provides safety and a good economic assurance in the unlikely event of a malfunction in the storage and retrieval system.
