Sinful reorganizes its storage solution to free up space and resources for new functions

Sinful is Scandinavia's largest online retailer of erotic toys and ships products to more than 10 European countries. The company sells approximately 6,000 product lines and has same-day delivery with up to 365 days of return policy. Sinful has 100 employees. Of these, 45 work in the warehouse in two shifts 6 days a week. Between 6,500 and 7,500 order lines are handled daily.

Sinful has experienced strong growth in recent years and has needed to streamline its flow through a more streamlined supply chain and better delivery service. They are therefore in the process of compressing their warehouse space and optimizing efficiency.

The EFFIMAT solution enables Sinful to downsize the picking warehouse from 2,500 m2 down to less than 100 m2. The flexible and modular storage and picking solution makes optimal use of the warehouse's different ceiling heights and utilizes every centimeter of height. This frees up a large area for other functions. The conversion also means a better ergonomic working environment compared to previous manual handling, while reducing the need for personnel.
